Parents are rushing to Aldi for their school uniform shop as it’s a fraction of the price compared to M&S with one mum spending under £50
Every parent knows the struggle of buying new school uniforms, especially with the prices on the rise, but one savvy mum has managed to keep the costs low with her impressive Aldi haul.
Mum-of-two Sarah Ross has stocked up on her son’s back-to-school essentials ready for September, and has managed to get 40 items of uniform for £42.74 from Aldi, sharing her purchases on Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook.
She explains how she bought 10 pairs of trousers at £1.75 a pair, 12 polo shirts that were £1.75 for a pack of two and 10 pairs of socks which were five in a pack for £2.49.
Not only did she grab the uniforms at bargain prices, Sarah also picked up two P.E kits each for her sons buying four P.E shirts at £1.89 for a pack of two, and four pairs of P.E shorts for £2.99 in a pack of two.
