Katie and her struggling finances were the topic of discussion at a short hearing held at a specialist insolvency and companies court earlier today. While Katie didn't attend nor had a representative attend on her behalf, the hearing was held after previous examinations over her bankruptcy payments had been postponed. The mum-of-five was declared bankrupt in November 2019, despite once having an estimated fortune of £45million. She has now opened up about the possibility of going to jail and explained that it could be beneficial for her in the long run. Speaking to Daisy May Cooper on her Educating Daisy podcast, the 45-year-old said: "If they put me into prison it's another chapter for the book." Despite her whopping debts, Katie went on to say that she actually surprises the bailiffs who visit her home on a regular occurrence. "I'm like, 'What would you like?' and I sign a picture for them or their Mrs, or make them a cup of tea. "I'm like, 'I've got loads of stuff – sell it, take it,' and they won't, they just want the money!" While she may have not been at her hearing, Katie was certainly busy as she took to Instagram to reveal that she was flogging some of her possessions to her social media followers. Posing in the living room of her home, Katie told fans 'quality riding boots, wellies and chaps' were all available to buy.
