Transfer news LIVE: Man Utd’s £50m Hojlund breakthrough, Saliba’s new Arsenal contract, Onana price set

Manchester United are still looking for a new striker to replace Cristiano Ronaldo – as Arsenal get set to announce the signings of Declan Rice and Jurrien Timber

It’s been an intriguing transfer window so far!

Chelsea have sold Mason Mount to Manchester United and Kai Havertz to Arsenal. Declan Rice and Jurrien Timber are expected to join Havertz at the Emirates shortly… and an announcement on one of those deals, if not both, could be made today.

Man Utd are on the hunt for a new striker, with Rasmus Hojlund at the top of their shortlist. It’s believed Erik ten Hag is willing to pay £50million to land the 20-year-old. The Red Devils still need to replace Cristiano Ronaldo, who left Old Trafford last November.

Liverpool are expected to remain busy in the transfer window after signing Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai, while Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino wants to bring in some new faces.
