The pair tasted sandwiches and pies from supermarkets and coffee shops which had a Christmas theme, but Phil wasn't impressed with the offering from Ginsters, while Holly wasn't taken with Morrisons. This Morning regular Suzanne Mulholland, AKA The Batch Lady, had rated the sandwiches out of ten beforehand and laid out a spread for Holly and Phil to tuck in. Factors which led to the rating included taste, the level of filling, price and calories. Holly and Phil were joined by Suzanne Mulholland on This Morning to try out festive food (Image: ITV) First up was Asda's festive offering, which scored the lowest, at 5/10, with Suzanne explaining there wasn't much filling "in the back" and it "wasn't overly tasty", with the onions overpowering it. Holly described the sandwich as "quite sweet", but added that she "actually quite liked it," with Suzanne responding "They are all quite good." Tesco was up next and scored 9/10 from Suzanne, with Holly remarking: "This feels chunkier", and Phil remarking: "nice stuffing and not as sweet with the cranberry sauce." Holly Willoughby tucks into a Christmas sandwich (Image: ITV) Phil tucked into the Ginsters pie next, and he remarked: "It's a bit bland," with Suzanne explaining that the small print on the packaging says the product is much better heated, and it would be nicer hot. "I love the brand but I'm not massively impressed with that," a deflated Phil summarised. Holly felt that the Waitrose offering, although "chunky", tasted like a bacon sandwich, thanks to the whole slices of bacon in it. Suzanne awarded it a 7/10. As Suzanne moved on to the next sandwich, Holly proclaimed happily: "I love this job". There was a disagreement over the Morrisons sandwich, as Suzanne awarded it 10/10, but Holly said "I don't think that's very tasty", although she admitted she may sti){kind=link}
