TOWIE’s Elliott Wright says his run for Prostate Cancer UK is ‘very personal’

After Elliott Wright lost his dad to prostate cancer and Covid-19 last year, he has decided to run 26.5 miles to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK. The TOWIE star said that the race is ‘very personal’

TOWIE’s Elliott Wright is running a marathon for Prostate Cancer UK after his dad sadly passed away from the disease.

The TV star said that joining the Run the Month Marathon which is a staggering 26.5 miles was “very personal” as his dad Eddie was a huge supporter of the charity.

“My grandfather had prostate cancer quite a few years ago now and he had his prostate cut out,” he said.

“Unfortunately, my dad got it in 2013 and he didn’t deal with it quick enough and it spread, became terminal, and we lost him last year due to Covid-19.
