The former mayor of New York, who has been an ally of Donald Trump spoke about his qualities and how he can make a return to the White House.On Tuesday, Former US President Donald Trump officially launched his third bid for the White House.Speaking about his possible return, Mr Wootton asked the former New York mayor if he can ‘beat the historical president and return to the White House?’Responding to him with confidence, Mr Giuliani said: ‘Absolutely. If you look at Donald Trump’s career and his ability, the more you challenge him, the better he performs.’He was always a better candidate when he was behind than when he was ahead.
