Travelling Auctioneers host explains reason family won’t watch show

Christina Trevanion and The Repair Shop star Will Kirk have teamed up for BBC’s The Travelling Auctioneers. Together, they find a family item in need of some TLC, hand it over to Will to make it as good as new and then to Christina to take to auction. It is then the hope that the pair will be able to make the owners a profit and use the money to treat their loved ones.The Travelling Auctioneers made its debut on BBC One on Halloween, bringing some of the channel’s biggest stars together for the first time.The Bargain Hunt and Antiques Road Trip expert told Express.co.uk she was “nervous” about trying something new but hoped fans would appreciate it.Prior to the show coming out, she was asked about what her family thinks of the series.But Christina joked that her two young daughters weren’t exactly interested in watching it.READ MORE: Katya Jones fears she’ll ‘get blamed’ for Tony Adams’ Strictly exit Travelling Auctioneers star’s family won’t watch her new show.
