DEAR DEIDRE: MY family has always been my rock but lately I’ve felt left out and all alone.
I’m a 42-year-old single woman and relied on them for support my whole life. I do have friends but I felt closer to my parents and siblings.
They’re the ones I go to when I have a break-up or get some good news.
I particularly think of my older sister, 44, as my best friend.
But recently, she’s been so busy with work and her husband and kids, she never seems to have time to talk to me.
