Kyiv refusing talks over worries Putin will exploit truce ‘regroup’

Mr Krushelnycky claimed that Ukraine’s goal was to liberate all territories occupied by Russian forces, and President Volodymyr Zelensky could not move away from that pledge. The Ukrainian-British journalist explained that so many people in Ukraine had either died or suffered due to the Russian invasion and anything less than a full liberation would be seen as unacceptable.
