But when one fan suggested the former Love Island star - who was forced to pull out of the show on medical grounds - should make a return, neither Ant or Dec refused to rule out the prospect. I'm going to put that to the powers that be at the end of this show and hopefully I'll have an answer sometime tomorrow." They also flagged up worryingly low sodium and potassium levels. On-site medics were so concerned that Olivia, 31, was called to a private room and then rushed to an A&E unit 30 miles from camp.
