She continued: 'The most important person in this world is my daughter.' 'You are so much more than even you know. You are so beautiful and kind and smart and interesting. 'I'm blessed every day that I get to wake up and take you to school. You are my everything… thank you for standing by me through all of this.' Applegate told her fans gathered on the famous Hollywood street they were 'gorgeous', adding: 'I love you so much.' When she initially shared the news of her diagnosis, she described it as a 'strange journey'. 'Hi friends. A few months ago I was diagnosed with MS. It's been a strange journey,' she posted at the time. 'But I have been so supported by people that I know who also have this condition. It's been a tough road.
