A man has been arrested for stabbing two men to death and leaving a third in hospital after reports he hit a man with a car in what has been called a ‘shocking’ incident.
The suspect, who is in his 30s, was arrested today after the attack in in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire that happened shortly before 1:20am Sunday where a man was rammed with a vehicle.
Two men, one in his late 20s and another in his late 30s, died at the scene before medics could save them and a third man, also in his late 20s, was rushed to hospital, also with knife wounds, where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
A large police presence descended on the town after the attack with additional patrols in place over the coming days.
