People are more likely to get a nasty surprise when searching for something - especially if they've downgraded from another subscription tier and know that title to be on Netflix. This means users miss out on current top ten hits Minions and More 2, Sing and Motherland. Netflix Basic with ads is the company's new cheap option, costing £4.99 / $6.99.
