A Place In The Sun host Jonnie Irwin has been inundated with messages of love and support after he broke the heartbreaking news that has terminal cancer.
The dad-of-three has been diagnosed with lung cancer, which has now spread to his brain and he says he was given six months to live.
Jonnie, 48, had been keeping his illness a secret but decided he wanted to share his story to “get the monkey off his back”.
He took to Instagram to tell friends and followers that he had “some sad news” alongside a family snap that features in his interview with Hello! magazine.
