In the clip, Stephanie and her mum could be seen singing sweetly to her as she revealed she had spent '12 long days and nights in hospital and she smiled through it all'. Stephanie was left in 'shock' at the passing of her 'Nanna Mary' and accompanied her main tribute post with two videos of happy times she spent with her. A 'brokenhearted' Steph wrote: "It's with a broken heart to say my Beautiful Nanna Mary our Queen has gone to be with her love in heaven. It's been a horrendous time and it's not quite sunk in that she's gone I still feel in shock." The actress continued: "She was a fantastic nan and brought us all so much joy and laughter with her infectious laugh." In one of her posts, Stephanie shared a clip of her grandmother attempting to play 'guess the animal' whereby she had to ask yes or no questions to determine which animal had been written by her fellow family members and stuck to a piece of paper on her head. However, it appeared she did not quite understand the rules of the game leading to laughter all round at the hilarious misunderstanding.
