Women’s Aid makes plea to ITV over ‘alleged abusers’ on I’m A Celebrity

NEWS… BUT NOT AS YOU KNOW IT

Women’s Aid has shared a tweet directed at ITV, calling on the programme to consider ‘not platforming alleged abusers minimising their actions on screen’ on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

Over the past couple of days, comedian Seann Walsh has opened up in the jungle about the cheating scandal that landed him in hot water on Strictly Come Dancing four years ago, when he kissed his married professional partner Katya Jones while in a relationship with actress Rebecca Humphries.

Having been photographed kissing Katya outside of rehearsals, the comedian said on Thursday’s episode that the incident was the ‘worst moment of my life’, before adding in Friday’s episode that the controversy was a ‘catalyst’ for him to change his life.

After the kiss made headlines in the media, Seann’s now ex-girlfriend Rebecca shared that when she questioned if anything ‘inappropriate’ was going on, ‘he aggressively, and repeatedly, called me a psycho/nuts/mental. As he has done countless times throughout our relationship when I’ve questioned his inappropriate, hurtful behaviour’.
