Ukrainians have wept and cheered as they welcomed international media back into Kherson.

Sky News filmed scenes of jubilation as locals celebrated the city’s liberation this morning.

International correspondent Alex Rossi was greeted by excited Ukrainians on the outskirts of Kherson.
