MOST of us are guilty of eating our of convenience, wolfing down ready meals in front of the telly after a long day’s work.
But according to experts, taking more time to eat your food and focus on what’s going in your mouth could vastly improve your experience.
With that in mind Uber Eats has launched a mindfulness audio guide, Mindful Mouthful, to help people take a moment to reset and reflect before they sit down to eat.
According to research, being disconnected from our food has become commonplace with a whopping 81 per cent admit to regularly scrolling on their phone while eating, whilst 68 per cent of millennials say they often continue to work whilst chowing down.
Launched during International Stress Awareness Week, Mindful Mouthful has been designed by mindfulness guru Luke Doherty.
