Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Josie said: "I always try and look after my skin and use a really good skin care. I always live life to the max, I love to take full advantage of everything in life. "I wish there was a new diet, I keep telling myself I'm going to do it, but I never get onto it. "I think after I had Reggie, my little one is four-years-old now, I was instantly more body confident because your body has done something so spectacular, you can't do anything but love it. "It's made a lovely little boy for me, and you can't help but love it after because it's so brilliant that my body was able to do that. After I had Reg I was always more body confident anyway whatever size. "I think I honestly came into myself when I had Reg, more confident, I view myself more as a woman, and my career started off when I had Reg. Speaking about the pressures of looking good on TV, Josie admitted: "Well I love having my hair and makeup done, everyone loves to look nice but do I feel pressure? No. "I work for This Morning, and I know our viewers aren't like that, we're quite a real programme, I don't feel much pressure." Opening up about her love life, the star admitted that she is currently enjoying her single life and said motherhood is the most important thing to her at the moment.
