Gwyneth Paltrow has given fans an intimate look at her Wednesday wellness routine – complete with a lovely tongue scraping.
The Iron Man actress shared a glimpse at her grooming routine, which is slightly different to our efforts of rolling out of bed and sticking a brush through our hair.
Taking to Instagram, the 50-year-old told followers: ‘Happy Wellness Wednesday! I’m a little late to this party today because I’ve been doing some stuff.
‘Somebody asked me what is my actual wellness routine on a Wednesday, so I filmed some of it.’
