This is the first picture of an idiot driver who deliberately slowed down an ambulance on a 999 call by swerving across the road.
Albert Butler, 38, repeatedly blocked the ambulance that was responding to an emergency call.
Shocking video footage shows Butler in his red Suzuki Vitara blocking the paramedics after he zoomed past to overtake them.
Butler then continues to ‘brake-check’ the emergency vehicle on tight roads, keeping it at slow speeds so it couldn’t take over.
