Rebekah Vardy has accused Coleen Rooney’s lawyers of resorting to “desperate” tactics to win the Wagatha Christie trial.
In a new documentary, Rebekah’s friends say they think she was treated “appallingly” by the defence lawyers â in the libel trial she brought to the High Court and lost.
In Vardy vs Rooney: The Wagatha Trial, Rebekah lashes out: “In David Sherborne’s own words, there was no smoking gun. So he essentially had to muddy the water to create this inferential case against me, and that was really difficult to accept.”
The first day of the trial included details of her account of sleeping with singer Peter Andre, who she claimed had manhood that resembled a “chipolata”.
