Piers Morgan, 57, took to Twitter today to blast David Walliams, 51, following a shocking revelation about certain remarks he made off-air on Britain’s Got Talent. The television judge and children’s book author has since been forced to apologise after a recording of derogatory comments he made about contestants on the ITV show was leaked.In view of his eight million followers, Piers shared the article outlining David’s vile comments about certain members of the public.’Tip of the iceberg…’ Piers warned of the scandal, which was only made public today. ‘Walliams is one of the nastiest frauds in TV,’ the journalist warned ominously. Piers and David have had a strained relationship ever since they had a falling out when it was revealed the Little Britain actor had liked a series of tweets that were critical of the TalkTV host.Piers, who was formerly a judge on Britain’s Got Talent, then went on to reveal that he has always refused to return to the show because David is on it. Nevertheless, I am sorry.”A spokesperson for Thames also told Express.co.uk: “Although relating to a private conversation almost three years ago, the language used was inappropriate. Even though it was private, those involved have been spoken to and reminded of their responsibilities and the show’s expectations as to future professional conduct.”A spokesperson for Cowell and Syco Entertainment, the co-producer of Britain’s Got Talent, clarified that Simon was not aware of such remarks in a statement to The Guardian. Once the elderly man had left, as the transcript suggests, David described him as ‘a c***’ three times.
