A hospital patient said he was left ‘in disbelief’ after claiming he was served just three stone-cold fish fingers for his dinner.
Daniel McGuire, 32, was told he could have died after suffering from pneumonia and sepsis in August this year.
Doctors at the Royal Preston Hospital, in Lancashire, said he needed to gain weight to recover fully from his life-threatening conditions.
So he took photos to show why he was failing to put on weight – claiming his complaints about food ‘fell on deaf ears’.
