Chris Moyles on how he lost 6 stone without weight loss surgery

Chris Moyles is currently in the I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! jungle and both his fellow campmates and viewers were surprised by his weight loss. During tonight’s episode, the DJ opened up on how he lost six stone over the year. Speaking to the other celebrities, Chris admitted: ‘I once bought a microwavable kebab.’From what I remember it tasted alright. But back then I was eating all sorts of crap.’ ‘I didn’t necessarily eat a lot but what I did eat was all bad. All bad.’Charlene White wanted to know how Chris turned things around and lost weight, he explained: ‘A mixture of things. I climbed Kili [Mount Kilimanjaro in 2009]. I was 17.5stone at Christmas and we were climbing in March. I don’t want people reading this and thinking that’s how I lost weight. So here, from my tiny mouth, is the truth. ‘I stopped buying bread. Dramatically cut my lager intake. Started eating better food… Trained regularly. That’s it. I just wanted you to know I didn’t use any supplements.”
