But there has been numerous setbacks leaving Amanda devastated. However, she has thanked her daughter for shining a light during her dark times. Taking to Twitter, the Shepherdess wrote: "Bringing brightness into a dark place. "In the sink mew, usually stacked from floor to ceiling with hay bales, this year we used another barn." She posted a photo of her daughter Nancy holding a lightbulb as she sat in the hay. Fans rushed to comment, with one writing: 'Ah look at Nancy sitting there all on her own and so pretty." Another penned: 'Oh, so lovely." This comes after some unexpected activity at the family's farm, Ravenseat. Last week, newly-single star revealed that she had welcomed two new calves to the farm. Amanda explained to her followers what had happened but is yet to release any further details, including the names of her wonderful new additions. The TV star wrote: "Four cattle went to Summer graze the high allotment, six cattle came home."
