At least 15 people are dead after a nightclub inferno was started when a Russian serviceman fired a flare gun on the dancefloor.
The fire through the Polygon club in Kostroma causing a ceiling to collapse.
Around 60 others are reported to have suffered burns and other injuries in the fire which triggered panic among revellers.
“People were running out, just screaming and moaning,” said one man in the club.
