Meghan Markle, Prince Harry, and the Prince and Princess of Wales’s joint appearances following the death of the late monarch were ‘not a PR stunt’, and could indicate the two couples are mending relations, a former palace butler has said. The two couples carried out a series of joint engagements following the news of Queen Elizabeth II’s death on September 8.The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who reside in the US, happened to be in the UK for a series of charity events.On September 10, the two pairs of royals stunned royal mourners outside Windsor Castle by appearing together for a 40-minute walkabout.It was thought to be the first time the four royals, dubbed the ‘Fab Four’, stepped out together in public since March 2020.In early 2020, the Duke and Duchess announced they were stepping back from royal duties and relocating across the pond.
