Harry Kane urged to make Man Utd transfer call at end of the season

Tottenham star Harry Kane has been urged to have a strong conversation with the club’s chiefs at the end of the season about a potential transfer if Antonio Conte’s side goes another year without a trophy. The England captain is yet to win a club trophy in his career and there have been rumours of him moving on at the end of the season, particularly linking him to Bayern Munich. The German giants and Chelsea have been mooted as potential landing spots for Kane as the forward’s contract in north London ends in 2024, and he does not appear close to signing a new deal. Manchester United could also be in the market for a new striker as Cristiano Ronaldo’s relationship with boss Erik ten Hag has become strained. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner refused to come off the bench in United’s win over Tottenham, and was left out of the squad as punishment for the following draw with Chelsea. Former Aston Villa striker Gabby Agbonlahor has urged Kane to have a frank chat at the end of the season if Spurs don’t win a trophy, and push for a move to Old Trafford.’I actually do think that it might come to the stage at the end of the season if he hasn’t won anything that Harry Kane says ‘The joke’s over, I’m gone. I love the chance to get the goal record but the one I want is trophies’,’ Agbonlahor told Football Insider. Harry Kane has been urged to consider moving from Tottenham to Manchester United. I feel like Harry Kane has to graft for a goal at the moment. There’s a lack of support and him and Son [Heung-min] have to do wonders. To get a goal, they have to do something wonderful themselves. I feel like it shouldn’t be like that.’While Chelsea co-owner and acting sporting director Todd Boehly has an interest in bringing proven Premier League talent, such as Kane, to Stamford Bridge, both Bayern Munich head coach Julian Nagelsmann and CEO Oliver Kahn have spoken publicly about their desire to bring Kane to the Bundesliga.DON’T MISSWilfried Zaha given Chelsea transfer advice with five-word verdictEverton players ‘fought with each other’ as Coleman acted peacemakerCristiano Ronaldo mocked by club president amid Man Utd exit links Harry Kane in action for Tottenham against Marseille.
