She was also a presenter on Fully Booked from 1996 to 1997 and appeared in the guest role of Lana Hemmings in Holby City. Later, appeared as a nun in short film Fancy Dress and as student Cassie Sanderson in Inbetweeners. In 2006, she guest starred in an episode of McLeod's Daughters. 'WELCOME TO RAMSAY STREET' The soap star has since quit acting to become a presenter on TVSN, a popular shopping channel in Australia and New Zealand. The star is a regular host selling a range of household products to customers on telly. Sarah is not the only Neighbours star who looks unrecognisable from their time appearing on the hit Aussie soap opera. Mark Little, best known for playing fan favourite Joe Mangel left his role in 2005 before reprising it for the soap's finale last year. Teasing the episode with a snap, the BBC's Test Match Special Twitter page wrote: "ICYMI: View from the Boundary - Mark Little. @themarklittle aka Joe Mangel from Neighbours joined Jonathan Agnew at Edgbaston." Fans immediately flocked to the comments and shared their excitement. One fan commented: "This is brilliant. Remember Mark coming to Billericay in 1999 to play in benefit match for Nasser Hussain.
