NEWS… BUT NOT AS YOU KNOW IT
Skateboarding prodigy Reese Nelson made history on Saturday as she became the youngster person to win a medal at the X Games at just 10 years old.
The Canadian wowed the crowed in California as she won silver in the Pacifico Women’s Skateboard Vert.
Nelson was in the running for gold but was pipped by another wildly talented youngster as 13-year-old Australian Arisa Trew took top spot with her final run.
The history-making Nelson posted on Instagram on Monday: ‘Stoked to be the youngest X Games medalist. So lucky to have my skate friends, mentors and sponsors!’
